CrossFit Kids
The CrossFit Kids program teaches proper form and mechanics through functional movements in classes that are different every day. Our classes are focused on FUN and teach children to love fitness. The movements are fundamental to all things kids need to do when they play- run, jump, pull, push, throw, climb, and life. Our program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts, and games to build strength and conditioning in children. All movements will be taught safely and effectively by certificed CrossFit trainers.
